In Turkey, they created an online application for the residence permit from the link https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/, it is a simple online application that requires us to enter full information, name surname nationality etc. as personal information, then we have to fill our student statue information as students whether if you are a university student then you fill the university information, if you are a Turkish Language student at a Tömer center then you fill the center’s information. You have to get health insurance from health insurance agencies, that will allow you to use it in the hospitals for treatment. After the application finishes, the web site will determine a date and a place to deliver the papers and documents to the Immigration Department, you have to deliver the Application form, 4 photos, health insurance policy, passport original and a photocopy, residence permit fee receipt, and the most important, the student document from university or TOMER center. In three months, they will send you the PR card to your home and you can use as an ID, this ID is usable at banks, bills, transportations, and you can renew it before it finishes.
The visa is related to the nationality, if you want to apply for the Turkish Visa you have to represent the purpose of visiting Turkey and the documents to the Turkish Consulate in your home country.
